Our History

A Visionary Dream
Peace Community Church began, very simply, as an idea and visionary dream in the hearts of several local families to establish a church under the direction and denomination of the Reformed Church in America (RCA).  They had a dream to reach the communities of Frankfort, Mokena, and New Lenox with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Other families soon joined in from surrounding communities of Tinley Park, South Holland, Oak Lawn, Evergree Park, and Mount Greenwood.
