Prayer Ministry Peace in Prayer

"And my house shall be called a house of prayer..."

2 Chronicles 7:14  If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

It's more than attending a meeting
--It is connecting with your Heavenly Father

It's more than a programmed event or activity
--It is connecting into the presence of the Almighty God

It's more than a Christian discipline
--It is communicating with a living and personal God

Our Purpose
The purpose of this prayer ministry is to bring the Peace Community Church body together for a "we" time of prayer.  Guiding this specifically for the church functions/ministries, the church leadership, and the church as a whole.

We are seeking God, coming into His presence, connecting with our Heavenly Father and praying for what He has for Peace church and preparing ourselves for what He has to say.

What We Pray.

  • We pray for God to reveal His plan and direction for Peace Church
  • We pray for the leaders of Peace Church
  • We pray for the staff of Peace Church
  • We pray for each ministry within Peace Church
  • We pray for the congregation of Peace Church
  • We pray that God will glorify Himself through Peace Church
  • We pray that we will be obedient to His commands and calling
  • We pray for the church worldwide and our nation
We praise God for His glory and the love that He has given us.  We humbly thank Him for His grace and His mercy that He has shown us.  We acknowledge Him for His greatness and His wisdom.

We ask Him for the forgiveness of our sins.  We thank Him for the many blessings we have received.  We pray for this in the name of Jesus the Christ who died for our sins.

What We Expect.

If you are a Christian, a true born again believer, you know what we expect.  We expect that if our prayers are the will of God that they will be answered.  What does God expect?  He expects that if Christians are concerned about something, that they will petition Him in prayer.  If our prayers are in the will of God and we cry out for His help, He will answer.  Will you join us?

When:   Thursday evenings from 6:15-7:00 pm
