Governs the VISION. The Consistory consists of our Senior Pastor and Elders and Deacons. Accountability of Consistory is to Christ and His beneficiaries and to itself for integrity of its work. The staff is accountable to the Pastor for managing the mission and respecting the boundaries. The accountability of the Congregation is to the Staff for performing the ministry.

STAFF: Paid and Voluntary Manages the VISION. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE Oversees the church's annual budget process for all of the various ministries.
