LEADERSHIP STRUCTURECHRIST
Head of the Church. Provides the VISION.
SENIOR PASTOR
Leads the VISION. The Senior Pastor is accountable to Christ, the Church Elder Board, and the Reformed Church in America (RCA) Classis of Illiana-Florida.
CONSISTORY (click for info)
Governs the VISION. The Consistory consists of our Senior Pastor and Elders and Deacons. Accountability of Consistory is to Christ and His beneficiaries and to itself for integrity of its work.
STAFF (click for info) and MINISTRY LEADERS (click for info)
Manages the VISION. The staff and minstry leaders are accountable to the Senior Pastor for managing the mission and respecting the boundaries.
ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE
Manages the finances, operations, facilities and policies of the church. The administrative committee is accountable to the consistory.
THE CONGREGATION
Does the MINISTRY. The accountability of the Congregation is to the Staff for performing the ministry.
